What do you recommend as measurements to keep my hair healthy

Some general guidelines:

  • Use pillow sheets made of silk. (You will be surprised, but you can find real good ones at markets)
  • Use products that fit your hair type. Ask in your salon what is best to use. Be aware that products sold in a salon will be kinder to your hair than the retail brands.
  • Wash your hair no more than twice a week and always use conditioner or a mask at least once a week.
  • Always use heat protection before exposing your hair to extreme heat.

Is it possible to go from dark hair to blond hair at once

Yes, this is possible but not to be advised. I strongly advise to get there in two or three steps.

Salon

Do you have cancellation policy?

We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. We appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of appointment.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

We understand Amsterdam has crazy traffic hours, if you are more than 15 minutes late, please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honour your appointment.

Do you have a service guarantee policy?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will try our best to meet your expectations.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept debit cards and cash.

Can I return or exchange an item bought at the salon?

If you are not happy then we are not happy. Although we would never sell you something that we don’t believe in or use ourselves, we realize that everyone has their own preferences. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase and you have not opened the package, we will assist you with a prompt exchange within 30 days of purchase.
